For this project, we need to choose one of these 6 neighbourhood area:

I choose the site Sunway Merica, Sg. Ara, Penang.

Project 4 -- Presentation Drawings

For this project, we are required to produce a plan and elevations (front, right, left and rear) drawings of our wooden comfortable chair based on project 3B.


Based on our own comfortable chair design, we are also required to produce at least one coloured: 

i)                     axonometric drawing (1:20 scale), and

ii)                   perspective drawing (with human figure shown)

 At here, i would like to thank Jet Lim Wen Jie spend his time for teaching me how to draw axonometric drawing and perspective drawing ^_^

As usual, we done our work in the midnight. >.<zzZ  But really funny and enjoy when doing the work together with a lot of friends :)

Project 3B -- Object Connection - A Comfortable Chair

In this project, we are in group of 4. We are required to produce a structural model of a wooden L-shape seating object that combines a table and chairs.

My group member are Vivian Chuah, Teo Yu Shan and Cheng Yu Chian.

We discussed together and sketch the drawing of our L-shaped seating chair first and then asked the opinion of our studio master and modified it.

 

This was our first product. We use the table with the shape of one quarter of the circle. But our studio master don't like this kind of the design. He said it's too simple. So we decided to modified it.

 

We have considered more function of this chair, thus we added some hole on the handle so can put the books and bottle on it.

 

This was our end product. We have modified a lot compared to the original one.
